Key Responsibilities

Companion Care

• Provide companionship and social engagement

• Assist with light housekeeping

• Support with meal preparation

• Medication reminders (non-clinical)

• Accompany clients to appointments or errands

• Provide supervision and safety monitoring

Personal Care Assistant

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance

• Dressing and mobility support

• Toileting and incontinence care

• Transfer assistance (as needed)

• Monitor and report changes in client condition

Position Expectations

• Ability to travel within Central Florida

• Willingness to accept flexible weekly hours

• Professional communication with clients and office staff

• Ability to adapt quickly to new client environments

• Maintain accurate documentation and timesheets

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in home care, companion care, or PCA preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Background screening and eligibility to work in Florida

• CPR certification (preferred or required, depending on your policy)

Independent Contractor Notice

This position is classified as a 1099 independent contractor role. The contractor is responsible for managing their own tax withholdings and will receive a Form 1099 for compensation earned. This role does not constitute employment with Omni Care Solutions of Florida.
