Absolutely. Every caregiver at Omni Care Solutions undergoes comprehensive background checks, including criminal history screening and reference verification. Our team is carefully screened, trained and chosen for their compassion as much as their skills. All caregivers receive ongoing training in safety protocols, infection control and appropriate care techniques to ensure the highest quality of service.
Service rates are determined based on the type and frequency of care required. We provide transparent pricing during your initial consultation and clearly outline all costs in your personalized care plan. We accept payment by cash, check, credit card, and work with insurance providers, Medicare and Medicaid. Contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your specific needs.
Yes! We strive to match you with caregivers who are well-suited to your needs and preferences. We take time to learn about your routines, personality, and comfort level to ensure a good fit. While we make every effort to provide continuity with consistent caregivers, if your regular caregiver is unavailable, we'll provide a qualified substitute to ensure uninterrupted care.

Our caregivers provide non-medical care and support services. We do not administer medications (we provide reminders only), perform medical procedures, or provide services requiring a licensed healthcare professional. However, we work closely with your physicians and healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure your overall well-being. If you require skilled nursing or medical services, we can help connect you with appropriate healthcare providers.
We understand that schedules can change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or schedule changes to facilitate proper coordination. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and we're always here to work with you to accommodate your needs.
