Responsibilities
• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Support mobility needs including transfers, ambulation, and positioning
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding support as needed
• Monitor and document changes in client condition, mood, or behavior
• Support medication reminders in accordance with care plans
• Assist with light housekeeping related to client care
• Encourage independence and participation in daily routines
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
